4 cups whole wheat flour 1/4 cup cornmeal 1/4 cup oat bran 3/4 cup skim dry milk 1 1/2 tbsp baking powder 1/2 tbsp salt 3/4 cup corn or safflower oil
Blend all together. Use as needed Pancakes: 1 cup mix, 1/2 cup water Biscuits: 2 cups mix, 1/3-1/2 cup water Muffins: 1 cup mix, 1/3 cup water, 1 egg, sugar to taste Waffles: 1 cup mix, 2/3 cup water, 1 egg, 2tbsp brown sugar
