2 cups lentils, cooked
1/2 medium onion, sauteed
1 egg
1/4 cup matzo meal
1/2 tsp curry powder

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together and shape into patties with ice-cream scoop. Fry in a little oil or margarine until brown on both sides. Then continue to cook on low heat until firm. Serve with Yogurt Sauce.


Yogurt Sauce
Combine and chill 16 oz low fat yogurt, 2 apples, un-peeled and diced, 1 diced cucumber, 1 tsp coriander, 1 tbsp sugar, cayenne pepper to taste.
