4 potatoes, sliced thinly
2 onions, sliced thinly
1 1/2 # ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can beef broth
2 tbls. butter
2 tbls. parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Place 1/3 potatoes in bottom of an electic skillet. Top with half ground beef & half the onions. Repeat ending with potatoes. Pour o nbroth. Sprinkle salt, pepper & parsley. Cover, cook 1 hour at 225.
