lasagna noodles
1 lb ground beef
1 onion
1 large can of whole tomatoes
minced parsley
Garlic powder
Sweet basil
oregano
mozzarella cheese
cottage cheese
parmesan cheese
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown together:
1 lb ground beef,
1 onion
1 teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon pepper
Drain excess fat.

Add 1 large can of whole tomatoes after you place them in an “osker or blender”
Add 1 can of tomato sauce
Add 2 T minced parsley
Garlic powder to taste
½ teaspoon sweet basil
½ teaspoon oregano

Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.

Cook 8 lasagna noodles in salt water – then drain.

“Pam” the bottom of the pan in which you will be baking the lasagna.

Noodles go on the bottom…
Cover the noodles w/ mozzarella cheese

On top of mozzarella cheese add some cottage cheese

Add the meat sauce

Top w/ Parmesan cheese.

Cook at 350 until bubbly. (30 minutes or so)
