1 6-oz pkg semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1 6-oz pkg butterscotch morsels
1 can Eagle Brand Magic milk
1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup walnut halves

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate and butterscotch morsels with Eagle Brand milk in double boiler over hot (not boiling) water. Stir occasionally until morsels melt and begin to thicken. Remove from heat, add walnuts and vanilla. Blend well. Chill 1 hour. Line bottom of 9" pie pan with foil. Place 3/4 cup walnut halves in bottom of pan, forming 2" flat ring. Spoon chocolate mixture in small mounds on top of walnuts. Decorate with remaining. Chill until firm enough to slice. Cut in 1/2" slices. Makes 36.
