2 lbs. ground beef
2 eggs
2/3 cup quick cooking oats
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1/2 cup ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix and shape into a loaf. Put loaf in Crock Pot and top with some additional ketchup. Cover. Cook on low 8-10 hours or on high 4-6 hours. If you have a 5 quart Crock Pot you can double the recipe.
