2 16-oz cans red kidney beans, drained
2 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
2 lbs. ground beef or ground turkey, browned and drained
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2-3 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. salt

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in the Crock Pot in the order listed. Stir and cover. Cook on low 10-12 hours or on high 5-6 hours.
