1 tsp. margarine
2 tsp. minced onion
1 1/2 tsp. flour
1/2 c. nonfat milk
1 oz. Brie cheese cubes, rind removed
1 tbls. Dijon mustard, divided
2 slives Italian bread, toasted
1 oz. ham, sliced
2 oz. turkey breast, sliced
1/2 c. asperagus, 2" pieces blanched
1 tsp. Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Lightly saute onion in margerine. Sprinkle in flour and stir until thick. Gradually add milk and cheese. Add 1 tsp. mustard and nutmeg. Stir constantly on low heat until thick. Set aside. On each slice of bread spread 1 tsp. of remaining mustard. Top each with 1/2 oz. of ham, 1 oz. turkey and half of the asparagus. Place in a sprayed 8 x 8 baking dish.
Top with remaining sauce. Sprinkle each serving with Parmesan cheese. Bake 'till lightly brown, abt. 10 min.
