1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
1 head lettuce
1 head cauliflower
1/3 to 1/2 lb. bacon, fried and broken in small pieces
onion

Directions:
Wash lettuce and cauliflower. Tear up lettuce and cut up cauliflower to bite size pieces. Add chopped onion (however much you want in your salad).

Mix mayonaise, sugar and parmesan cheese. Pour over salad; add bacon, and stir all of it together. This is a very yummy salad, although it doesn't hold over well. If there's just 2-3 eating, you can always cut back on lettuce and cauliflower to make smaller amount.
