1 package frozen broccoli, 10 oz
3 shredded cheddar cheese, 12 oz
1 1/2 cups diced cooked chicken
2/3 cups chopped onion
1 1/2 cups milk
3 eggs
3/4 cup Bisquick mix
3/4 tsp salt, if desired
1/3 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400. Grease 10" pie plate. Rinse broccoli in a colander under cold running water to thaw; drain throughly. Mix broccoli 2 cups of the cheese, the chicken and onion in the pie pan. Beat milk, eggs, baking mix, salt and pepper until smooth. Pour into plate. Bake until knife inserted in the center comes out clean. (25-30 minutes) Top with remaining cheese and bake a few minutes longer until cheese melts. Cool 5 minutes.
