1/2 Sugar Candy Dough
1/2 tsp each grated lime, orange and lemon peel
Green, red and yellow food color
Green, red and yellow decorators' sugar (optional)
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1 tbsp light corn syrup
4 to 5 tsp hot water

Directions:
Directions:
Divide dough into 3 parts. To one part, mix in lime peel and green food color; to second part, mix in orange peel and red food color and to third part mix in lemon peel and yellow food color. Chill dough 1 hour. Shape each into roll 2 inches in diameter. Roll each in matching colored sugar. Wrap; chill at least 2 hours. Heat oven to 375º. Cut rolls into 1/8-inch slices. Place on ungreased baking sheet; cut each slice in half. Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until lightly browned. In small bowl, blend confectioners' sugar, corn syrup and water; with small paintbrush, outline "fruit slice and sections." Makes about 4 dozen.
