2 tbsp bell pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
3 eggs, well beaten
1 8 oz cream cheese
1 large can cream style corn
1 large can whole corn, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and pepper. Add corn. Chop cheese and add to corn mixture; stir until cheese melts. Add eggs and blend well. Stir until thickness desired. Salt and pepper to taste. Place in casserole and bake at 300F for 30 minutes or until knife stuck in center comes out clean.
