1 lb. Bob Evans sausage
1 lb. ground chuck
1 jar salsa
2 cups chopped onions
2 lbs. Velveeta Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown and drain meat along with the onions. Add rest of ingredients and stir until cheese in melted.
Place in a crock pot on low heat. Dip tortilla chips and enjoy!

***You can add hot sauce to this recipe if you want it more spicey***
