1/2 cup oat bran
1/2 cup wheat bran
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/3 cup powdered skim milk
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup each raisins and sunflower seeds
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup egg substitute
1/4 cup oil
1/2 cup honey
1 tsp vanilla

1. Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl.

2. Mix wet ingredients together. I mix them in the blender.

3. Add wet mixture to dry one.

4. Fill Pam sprayed muffin tins about 3/4 full and bake at 400 for 18-20 minutes.
