1 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 cups milk
1 tbsp. light corn syrup
2 oz. baking chocolate (melted)
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg white, stiffly beaten

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan, combine sugar & flour. Stir in milk, corn syrup, & chocolate. Heat, stirring constantly until mix comes to a boil. Continue cooking & stirring over medium heat. When mixture is very thick, remove from heat. Add butter, vanilla, & salt. Stir layer occasionally until lukewarm. Fold in egg white. Makes for 9 inch cake.
