1 1/2 cups cold cooked meat, diced
1 cup cooked rice
1 1/2 cups cooked tomatoes
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 large onion, diced
2 large celery ribs, diced
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
buttered crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Combine meat, rice and tomatoes and cook 10 minutes. Add onion, green pepper and celery. Season. Place in casserole and cover with buttered crumbs. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
