6 medium green peppers
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck beef (can use lb. beef 1/2 lb. pork)
1 cup cooked rice
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 clove minced garlic
1 can (10 3/4 oz)
1/2 cup water
2 cups grated cheese

Microwave method:
Cut tops of peppers. Remove seeds and membranes. Mix raw meats with soup, onion, rice, salt, pepper, and garlic. (You can save a small amount of soup to mix with 1/2 cup water for later) Divide evenly into the peppers. Arrange peppers upright snuggly into 3 qt. casserole dish so that one fits into center of dish. Blend remainder of soup and water until smooth. Pour over peppers. Cover. Microwave on high for 28-32 minutes. Then sprinkle with cheese. Recover and let stand for 5-10 minutes before serving.
