Ingredients:
Ingredients:
8 oz. - Cream Cheese (softened)
3/4 c. - Sour Cream
1 Tblsp. - Lemon Juice
1 Tblsp. - Onion (minced)
1 tsp. - Horseradish
1/8 tsp. - Salt
1 1/2 c. - Smoked Salmon(chopped or flaked)
1/2 c. - Pecans (chopped)
2 Tblsp. - Fresh Parsley (chopped)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together, the pecans and parsley and set aside.
Combine the cheese, sour cream., lemon juice, onion, horseradish, and salt. Mix well and then "fold" in the salmon. Put into a serving container and sprinkle the top with the parsley and pecan mixture. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hr.. Serve with crackers and/or veggies!
Variation: Eliminate the sour cream and mix together as directed above. Reserve the pecan and parsley topping on a dinner plate. Chill the mixture well. Then form into a log shape...roll log into the pecan/parsley topping. Wrap in saran wrap and chill again until firm. Arrange crackers in the center of serving plate. Cut log into slices with a moistened knife and arrange around the crackers for serving!

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This recipe can be prepared up to 3 days ahead of serving time. The spread is softer if taken out of the refrigerator about 15 min. before serving, however, serve the log slices "cold", to retain their shape and to make it easier for serving! Both make nice hostess gifts!
