5 pork chops
3/4 cup kosher salt
1 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon black peppercorns
1 tablespoon dry mustard
2 cups cider vinegar(heated until hot)
1 lb ice cubes

Directions:
Directions:
Mix up the kosher salt, brown sugar,peppercorns, dry mustard and hot vinegar. Place pork chops in brine. Then add ice cubes. Marinade 1-2 hours only. Then Grill. Yummy !!
