3lb. squash 1 small onion 1 bell pepper 3 pieces bread 2 eggs milk salt and pepper to taste 1 1/2 c. grated chedder cheese
Put bread in small bowl, moisten with milk, and mash. Cut squash into 1/2 in. pieces and boil until tender, drain. Saute onion and bell pepper. Add all ingrediants in casserole dish, topped with cheese, and bake at 350 for 45 min.
