1/2 Chocolate Candy Dough
2 cups confectioners' sugar
2 tbsp light corn syrup
About 2 tbsp hot water
1 tsp almond extract or 1/2 tsp rum flavoring
1/4 tsp peppermint extract
Red and green food coloring

Directions:
Directions:
Chill dough 1 to 2 hours for easier handling. Heat oven to 400º. Shape dough by rounded teaspoonfuls into balls; place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake about 7 minutes or until set. Cool. In small bowl, blend sugar, corn syrup and water; divide glaze in half. To one half, stir in almond extract and red food coloring, to other half, stir in peppermint extract and green food coloring. Swirl cookies in colored glazes. Makes about 3 dozen.
