Pepperoni Bread Recipe

1 loaf frozen bread dough
80-100 slices of pepperoni
2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
1 egg white

1. Let the dough thaw in refrigerator overnight.
2. Spread thawed dough into a rectangle (approx 12" x 17").
3. Layer pepperoni over dough.
4. Spread shredded cheese over the pepperoni.
5. Roll up the loaf lengthwise. Seal the edges well so that the roll doesn't come apart.
6. Let dough rise again for 1 hour.
7. Baste loaf with egg whites so that it will brown.
8. Bake at 375 for 30-35 minutes. Cool & slice!
