1 6oz can of whole water chestnuts
1/2 cup soy sauce (divided)
bacon strips
1/2 cup ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
1. Marinate water chestnuts in 1/4 cup soy sauce for 1 hour.
2. Wrap a 1/2 strip of bacon around each water chestnut. (No need to secure bacon.)
3. Mix together remaining 1/4 cup soy sauce and 1/2 cup ketchup.
4. Place wrapped water chestnuts on baking sheet. Brush ketchup mixture on each.
5. Bake at 375 degrees until bacon is crisp (approx 30-40 minutes).
6. Remove from oven and spear with toothpicks.
