6 large juicy oranges, halved
1 large can sweet potatoes
1 small can sweet potatoes
1/8 cup brown sugar
4 tablespoons honey
1/2 stick margarine or butter
1 egg, slightly beaten
4 oz can crushed pineapple ("flat can"), drained
maraschino cherries, quartered
miniature marshmallows

Orange cup:
Squeeze the juice out of oranges (save juice). Remove and throw away the pulp. With scissors, cut edges of orange cup into "v's" for decoration.

Drain half of the juice from the 2 cans of potatoes. Place potatoes in a bowl. Put the remaining juice in a saucepan and add brown sugar, 1/4 cup squeezed orange juice and 4 tablespoons of honey. Bring mixture to a boil while stirring. Pour this over the potatoes. Add 1/2 stick margarine or butter and 1 beaten egg. Mix well. Add crushed pineapple and 1/2 tsp salt. Mix well.

Lightly fill the orange cups (approximately 3/4 full but below the "V's"). Place a quartered maraschino cherry on top then place 4 miniature marshmallows around cherry. Bake at 300F until marshmallows melt.
