2 cut up fryers
garlic powder
onion powder
Lawry's seasoned salt
4 chopped onions
paprika
3 cloves garlic, minced

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse fryer then season with garlic powder, onion powder, a little seasoned salt and a little pepper. Put a little vegetable oil in a large Dutch oven. On the stove top, saute the onions until clear. Add 3 cloves of minced garlic. Add seasoned chicken. Stir well. Sprinkle chicken with "a lot" of paprika. Bring chicken to a boil (onions and chicken make a lot of liquid) so no need to add liquid) then cover chicken and turn down heat to simmer for 45-60 minutes. Uncover chicken then continue to simmer for about 25 minutes until juice is reduced by about half. If chicken needs to be browner, add more paprika.
Serve with rice putting gravy over the rice.
