2 c sugar
2 tsp vanilla
2 c Wesson canola oil
5 large eggs
1 1/2 tsp almond extract
7 c unbleached flour
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
2 c pecans, toasted
1/2 c sliced almonds, toasted

Directions:
Directions:
Beat first 4 ingredients in mixer for 5 minutes. Then add remainder of ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Form into nine rolls approximately 1 inch thick. Place on 2 greased cookie sheets and bake at 350F for 25 minutes until slightly browned. Slice and place on cookie sheets. Bake at 325F for 25 minutes. Remove to racks and cool. Makes enough to fill 2-3 coffee cans.
