8 oz low fat creamed cheese
egg beaters = 2 eggs
1/2 c splenda/brown sugar blend
3 ripe bananas
1/2 c chopped pecans
1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
4 "good shakes" of McCormick's Apple Pie Spice
2 c Bisquick
*optional: 1/2 c chopped dates

Directions:
Directions:
Cream the cream cheese and sugar until fluffy. Mix in egg beaters, bananas, vanilla and spice. Mix in by hand the bisquick and pecans. Pour into loaf pan and bake at 350F for one hour.
