Cranberry Bread Recipe

2 c flour
1 c sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 c butter/margarine melted
1 egg
1 tsp grated orange peel
3/4 c orange juice
1 c light raisins
1 1/2 c fresh cranberries

Mix first 8 ingredients together in a large bowl by hand. Add raisins and cranberries; mix. Put in greased loaf pan. Bake at 350F for 55 minutes
