1 Turkey breast
Mayonnaise
salt
pepper
1 apple
1 onion
2 ribs celery
1 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Wash turkey breast throughly and pat dry with paper towels. Rub throughly with mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper and anything else you want. Place a quartered onion, apple and celery, cut into three pieces under breast. Add about 1 c. water to bottom of the pan so it will steam the turkey. Make a loose tent over the turkey. Bake at 300 for 25 minutes per pound. The last 25 minutes remove foil so it will brown. Let cool a little before slicing with an electric knife.
