3/4 cup onions, chopped
3/4 cup ketchup
3/4 cup water

2 tbsp prepared mustard

Directions:
Saute the onions in the oil until tender. Add remaining ingredients except the chickens and simmer for 15 minutes. Place the chickens which have been cut into small pieces in a baking tin which can accommodate them in a single layer. Pour the sauce over all and bake at 350 until tender. Most of the very liquid juices should be gone by the time the chicken is done.

Personal Notes:
I usually serve this with corn bread to which I have added some whole kernal corn, chopped jalapenos and some grated cheese. With cole slaw or a salad this is an easy meal.
