1 large Avocado, peeled and sliced
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
1 clove garlic, peeled
1/8 tsp tobasco sauce
1 1/2 cups cracked ice
1/2 cup skim milk
1/4 can almonds, slivered

Directions:
Directions:
Put first four ingredients into blender container and blend on high for 15 seconds. Add cracked ice and milk, cover and blend for 10 seconds longer. When serving, sprinkle with slivered almonds.
