1 can (14 oz) Alaska Salmon
2 8 oz. pkgs. Cream Cheese (softened)
6 drops Liquid Smoke flavoring
6 tbsp. Sliced Green Onion

Directions:
Directions:
Drain salmon, saving 4 tsp. salmon liquid. Remove any bones, skin and flake.

Combine cream cheese, liquid smoke flavoring and salmon liquid; blend thoroughly.

Stir in green onion then fold in salmon.

Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.

Serve as a spread with crackers or bagels.
