1 - 20oz can Crushed Pineapple
1 Egg
1 c. Sugar
1 heaping tbsp. Flour

5 slices Bread
2 tbsp Butter (melted)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix pineapple, egg, sugar and flours and place in square baking dish. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.

Toast 5 slices of bread. Break into pieces and mix in 2 tbsp. melted butter. Mix with baked pineapple mixture and return to over for 30 minutes more at 350
