1 to 2 Cans White Shoepeg corn
1 to 2 lbs hamburger
1 Med. Onion Chopped
Potatoes- (Prepared Mashed Potatoes)
Large brick of Velveta
Salt & Pepper to Taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger and onions in skillet with salt and pepper. Boil potatoes in preparation for making mashed potatoes. Once the potatoes are done, in a caserole dish layer ingredients: corn, hamburger, velveta cheese sliced thick to cover all of the hamburger and then add your mash potatoes to the top. Cook in the oven at 370 until the cheese has melted through and the potatoes are starting to brown. Serve with grands biscuits.

My Mother has made this as long as I can remember. You can use caned peas also, but corn was always my favorite. This is a Kevin favorite too!
