1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. lemon jello
4 eggs
2/3 cup water
2/3 cup oil
1 teaspoon lemon extract

1 cup confectioners sugar
Juice from 1 lemon
Grated lemon rind

Combine all ingredients and mix with electric mixer until light and fluffy. Bake in greased and floured pan. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes (13x9 pan) or 45-50 minutes (bundt pan). Remove bundt cake from pan after 15 minutes.

When the cake has cooled slightly but is still warm, poke holes in cake with a tooth pick and pour glaze over cake, allowing it to seep into the cake.
