Ingredients:  
1 cup rice
2 cups water
Salt
3 cups milk
1 sugar
3 eggs
1 tablespoon butter
Nutmeg (as you like)
cup raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Cook Rice with 2 cups of water and salt.

Combine remaining ingredients and add mixture to cooked rice.

Pour into a 9x9 pyrex pan.

Bake at 350 for 50 to 60 minutes or until lightly browned.
