1 C Onions sliced
2 Green peppers sliced
4 C Sugar
4C White Vinegar C sliced cucumbers
1/2 C pickling salt
1 1/2 tsp celery seed
1 1/2 tsp mustard seed
1 1/2 tsp tumeric

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and mix well.Place in jars in refrigerator. Test for readiness after one week.
***dissolve sugar and spices but do not heat.
Keep refrigerated. Makes one gallon. Add more cucumbers if necessary.
