5 lb apples sliced (McIntosh is good)
Zest of 1 orange and one lemon
1 tbsp lemon and 2 tbsp orange juice
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg

Topping
1 1/2 cup flour
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup light brown sugar
1 cup oatmeal
1/2 lb butter (cut into small pieces)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine apples with zests, juices, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Place in a baking dish. Combine the topping ingredients and cut butter into mixture until crumbly. Sprinkle on top of apples. Bake 350 for one hour.
