3 cups heavy cream
2/3 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 vanilla bean (seeds)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat heavy cream and sugar together. Split the vanilla bean and scrape out seeds. Add beans and 1 tsp vanilla extract to heavy cream after sugar has dissolved. Strain mixture and cool. Refrigerate until cold. Place in ice cream freezer and churn per manufacturer's recommendations.
