12 strips of cooked bacon, diced
12 eggs beaten (salt and pepper to taste)
10 flour tortillas
1 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions

Directions:
Directions:
Cook eggs until set. Spoon 1/4 cup of eggs into center of each tortilla. Sprinkle with bacon, cheese and onions. Roll up and serve with salsa and sour cream if desired.

Option: Roll up and place in greased 13 x 9" pan. Cover with aluminum foil and freeze for one month.
