1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup butter, melted

2 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened.
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
3 eggs
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 8 oz container sour cream

Pie filling of your choice (I prefer cherry or blueberry)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 300. Combine crumbs, sugar and butter. Press into 9 inch springform pan. In mixer bowl cream cheese until fluffy, beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add eggs and lemon juice. Mix well. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 50 minutes or until center of cake is set. Top with sour cream. Bake an additional 5 minutes. Cool. Top with pie filling. Refrigerate before serving.
