1 pkg angel hair pasta
2 tbsp EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)
2/3 cup parmesan cheese
1 can fat free evaporated milk
1/2 cup thin sliced green onions
1/4 minced fresh basil
1 tsp grated lemon peel
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta, drain and place in pan to toss with oil. Add milk, cheese, onions, basil, lemon, salt, garlic and powder. Cook over medium heat until warm.

2/3 cup = 203 calories, 5 g fat, 2 g fiber.

This is also good if you add black olives, tomatoes, spinach and fresh grated parmesan cheese over the top.
