3 bunches of asparagus
2 tbsp exra virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp kosher salt
4 tsp parmesan cheese
Other seasonings to taste: garlic salt, garlic powder, pepper
Fresh parmesan cheese curls

Directions:
Directions:
Clean asparagus and trim woody stalks. Place all other ingredients except fresh parmesan cheese curls and place in ziplock bag to marinade for 3 or more hours.

Bake for 15 minutes at 425. Place on serving dish and cover with parmesan curls. (shave slices of fresh parmesan with a vegetable peeler).
