Crust::
1 cup flour
1 cup finely chopped pecans
1 stick butter of margarine, softened

Filling:
1 8 oz. package of cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup Cool Whip
1 large box of instant chocolate pudding

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together ingredients for crust. Pat into deep 9" pie plate. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Cool.

Mix cream cheese with powdered sugar and 1 C. Cool Whip. Pour into cooled crust.

Prepare pudding according to package directions. Pour prepared pudding on top of cream cheese mixture in crust.

Top with Cool Whip and refrigerate until serving.
