1/4 cup butter
1 cup uncooked wild rice
1/2 cup slivered almonds
3/4 cup sliced green onions
1/2 pound sliced mushrooms
3 cups chicken stock

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in 10" skillet over medium heat. When it sizzles, add rice, almonds, green onions and mushrooms. Stir over medium heat about 5 minutes. Transfer to a 1 1/2 quart greased casserole dish. Gently pour chicken stock over rice mixture. Cover with foil. Bake 1 1/2 hours in preheated 325 oven.
