1 cup finely crushed cheese crackers or bread crumbs 1 envelope of taco seasoning 6 boneless chicken breast halves A block of monterey jack cheese cut into 6 2" x 1/2" sticks 6 tsp salsa
Combine crackers or crumbs with taco seasoning and set aside. Flatten chicken 1/4" thick. Place cheese sticks and 1 tsp salsa in center of each chicken breast. Tuck in ends of chicken and roll up. Secure with toothpicks. Coat with crumbs. Bake 350º 35-40 minutes.
