1 lb box of angel hair pasta
2 cans black beans, drained
2 cans rotel tomatoes
1 chopped onion
Mushrooms, sliced
1-2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
drizzle of olive oil
Seasonings: Cajun seasoning, garlic salt, salt and pepper

Cook angel hair pasta, drain and add remaining ingredients. May be eaten heated or cold.
