1 3/4 lbs of small red potatoes sliced
3/4 cup sun dried tomatoes, cut up
1/4 tsp garlic
5 tbsp balsamic vinegar
6 skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup roasted red pepper strips
1 can of 13 3/4 oz artichokes, quartered, rinsed
1/4 cup chopped basil

Cooked orzo
Black olives
Feta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except cooked orzo, feta and black olives in crock pot and cook for four hours on high. Add black olives at end of cooking. Serve over cooked orzo and sprinkle with feta cheese.
