3 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup milk
4 eggs
1/4 tsp pepper
3 cup cheddar cheese
10 oz chopped frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 cup frozen chopped brocolli, thawed and drained
1 onion chopped
5 sliced mushrooms

Beat cream cheese, add milk and eggs. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes.
