3 cups cooked rice
1 pkg frozen chopped spinach, squeezed dry
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup of fat free milk (or half and half)
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and pour into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Bake 350 for 25-30 minutes

3/4 cup = 151 calories 4 grams fat
when made with reduced fat cheese and fat free milk.
